PreVu Software LLC has created this privacy policy in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to your privacy by providing a safe and secure on-line environment at our Web site, www.prevudental.com and related desktop application.
Collection of Email Address & Other Personal Information
Users:
All website users are identified on-site through a username and/or email address of their choosing and creation. Any personally identifiable information contained in this username is at the sole discretion and control of the user and not the responsibility of PreVu Software.
All users are required to provide a valid email address.

The email will be used to contact users with site related updates and promotions. Each email will include an opt-out features which can be used to prevent future emails from being sent to that email address. Your email address will not be sold or rented to third parties.

Users have the option to change their primary email address by logging in and clicking on the Manage Account tab in the user’s PreVu account. Then click on Basic Info. In order to change your email address, the new email address must be added to the account and verified through a confirmation email that will be sent to the new email address.
Members:
Members are required to submit personal information during the payment process.
Subjects:
Our mobile app uses facial mapping technology to ensure proper alignment with the camera while capturing the photo of the subject. The information collected during this process is immediately discarded from the mobile device once the picture is taken. No facial data is stored locally on your device or retained beyond the image capture process.
Our desktop app accesses photos of subjects stored in our secure cloud database to complete the simulation. Once the simulation is complete, the photo is deleted locally on your device and not retained.
Data Sharing with Third Parties
We do not share, sell, rent, or trade any of your personal information with third parties. Your data is used solely for the purposes outlined in this privacy policy and is only accessible to our team, who require this information to perform their job functions. We are committed to ensuring the confidentiality and privacy of your data, and we will not disclose it to any external entities unless legally required to do so.
Security
This site incorporates physical and operational security measures to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of user data and to help safeguard personal information from unauthorized access, alteration or disclosure.
IP Address/ Cookies
We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our Web site. We may also use IP addresses, which give a general location of users (i.e. Marina Del Rey, CA or Stamford, CT) to plan future marketing efforts.
PrevuDental.com uses cookies to show us which sections of PreVuDental.com are used the most. Cookies DO NOT contain or relay any personal information about our users, such as names or e-mail addresses. They DO, however, help us track how people use our Web site so we can provide an enhanced user experience.
